These 'Inabel" pillow covers are  handwoven following an intricate process. From preparing and dyeing the yarn, arranging them to produce the desired design and operating the wooden handloom with the synchronized movement of both hands, using techniques passed on through generations.

Inkaot/ insukit is an inlaid design technique. The weavers pull up yarns during the weaving process and make scattered designs with their fingers. The designs are inspired by the argi-cultural life in the Ilocos region and reflect: The farmer, The frog, flowers, grain or water. This runner is back lined with a beautiful striped cotton fabric.
